Hospitality Students Honoured in Graduation Ceremony

A group of accomplished students confidently celebrated their graduation on Thursday, marking the culmination of their relentless diligence towards achieving their Cert III in Hospitality.

The results they achieved to further their self-development were acknowledged by Kristy Niemand, our Programs Coordinator as she delivered a speech congratulating the participants. “We are immensely proud of their hard work and dedication and we wish them the best in their future endevours”, Kristy said to the students.

Family and friends gathered to join in the recognition of the significance of this moment. Minister Glenn Butcher MP was also in attendance as he appreciates the importance of members of our community reaching achievements like these.

These programs are essential to our community as a whole as the students gain valuable skills enabling them to feel empowered and confident in their abilities.

We look forward to seeing these happy graduates out in the community, applying the skills they have learned and continuing to gain self-confidence as their experience in this industry grows.

We also offer thanks to Trish Hill – Field Officer and Tracey McKenzie -Senor Field Officer from the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (DESBT) and Teneille Driver – Axiom College Business Development Manager for attending to support our students.

This program is proudly funded by the Queensland Government’s Skilling Queenslanders for Work program.
