Indian Pop-up Restaurant by The Moving Feast
Be transported around the culinary tastes and flavours of the world at Integreat Queensland’s Pop-Up Restaurant series in 2023. From large cities to rural towns and now Gladstone, our pop-up restaurant engages chefs from around the world to not only create international fast-casual fusion dishes to high-end gourmet meals, but to also tell their story and their love of creating good food.
Globalisation is bringing people of the East and West closer, which is also bringing forward evermore creative fusion foods. Integreat Queensland’s first Pop-up Restaurant for 2023 held on Saturday the 11th of February is offering just that – a fusion of Indian and Cambodian dishes to delight your tastebuds mixed with the culture of international personalities and stories and local creative artworks.
Including entrée, mains, and desert, and held at ART Matters in Gladstone, our Pop-Up Restaurant is offering an eclectic international mash-up of food culture for those open to trying flavours and cooking techniques of different region around the world – bookings essential.
When: Saturday, 11 February.
Time: 5pm to 8pm.
Where: ARTmatters – 3 Pitt St, Gladstone.
Cost: $60 per person (includes 1 drink).
Licenced Bar Open: Soft drinks, Beer, Wine, and Champagne.
