Celebrating Our Graduates: Cert III in Individual Support
We’re thrilled to share the success of a remarkable group of students who recently celebrated their graduation after earning their Certificate III in Individual Support. This achievement is a testament to their unwavering commitment to personal growth and professional development.
Kristy Niemand, our Programs Coordinator, expressed her pride in their accomplishments, stating, “We are immensely proud of their hard work and dedication, and we wish them the best in their future endeavours.”
We were also honoured to have Minister Glenn Butcher MP in attendance, who highlighted the importance of these achievements not just for the individuals but for our community as a whole. He spoke to the critical role individual support workers play in providing compassionate care and making a tangible difference in the lives of those they serve.
Becoming an individual support worker is more than just acquiring new skills—it’s about embracing a role that empowers one to positively impact others. These graduates are now equipped with the tools and confidence to contribute meaningfully to our community, and we can’t wait to see them in action.
This program, which is proudly funded by the Queensland Government’s Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative, continues to create opportunities for personal and professional growth, ultimately benefiting both the individuals and the wider community.
